Peaceful moments
Peaceful Moments are cards of inspiration, designed to instill.... a peaceful moment! When you stop and reflect on the words on the card, it is usual that the words will have some significance for you. They may answer a life question you currently have. They may cause you to take a course of action or re-think a course of action. Just the design on the card can cause contemplation. By stopping and taking those few seconds in our chaotic lives, usually of action with no meaning, we experience a sense of peace some say similar to that experienced during meditation. Feeling peaceful has a ripple effect and diffuses to those
you come in contact with – not only do you feel good but so do those around you - and so you contribute to universal peace.

NOW WHAT…..

Peaceful Moment cards must be in constant movement. They are not designed to stay in the possession of one person. Obviously whether you decide to do this is your decision. Should a Peaceful Moment have some significance for you either in its words, how you came to receive it or an action it caused you to take or not take and for that sentiment you would like to keep it then purchase a set of Peaceful Moments and start their movement in return for the one you keep.
Once a Peaceful Moment comes into your possession use it to reflect on and then, find a way to pass it on

HOW TO KEEP A PEACEFUL MOMENT IN MOTION……

Keep them with your business cards or in your purse/wallet with your money so you always have one at hand
Ideally a Peaceful Moment should be used to initiate peace.

*You know those times when you really feel like giving someone a piece off your mind? Give them a Peaceful Moment instead.
*Give a Peaceful Moment at anytime when you feel badly done by.
*Is there someone at home or work you aren’t getting on with? Give them a Peaceful Moment when or better still before things get unpleasant or heated.
*The shop assistant who couldn’t give you the time of day.
*The rude bus driver
*Put a Peaceful Moment in the envelope when paying a bill especially one you feel angry about such as a speeding or parking fine.
*With a smile on your face, hand one to a service person such as a shop assistant who you feel has given you poor service.
By all means pass on a Peaceful Moment to people who make you feel good too, for example, the person who has given you great service.
*The person who held a door open for you.
*Someone who has let you in a queue before them because you have less items.
*Your teacher, doctor, personal trainer, electrician, friend, colleague, boss, hairdresser..........

.......Or just because you can!!!!!
