 Karmaspirit designs are the creation of my Mum. Well known for her intelligence, academic achievements and culinary skills, not many people who know her are aware of her astonishing creativity. A lasting childhood memory is of the numerous sketchbooks and a packet of ‘textas’ next to Mum’s chair. Whilst her attention appeared to be on the TV these amazing creations would appear almost as if by magic. No thought or planning seemed to go into them. They were fondly known as ‘Mum’s doodles’.Over the years the sketch books and textas disappeared until one day, as karmaspirit was evolving in my imagination, I stumbled across what seems to be the only sketch book that survived. It was then that karmaspirit appeared to fall into place. Here was the perfect way to honour my mother and share her incredible gift for the good of so many and ultimately the good of our planet, the ultimate mother – Mother Earth.
