TRUE 2 YOU is preventative health education.
Many people feel that, in their lives today, so much is out of their control. This is true to some extent.
One thing we can control is the state of our health.
It is usually the case, that when we are experiencing optimal health not only are we far more productive, we are also able to fully appreciate the great things life gives us and deal effectively with the not so great things.
There is no one-size-fits-all method. Our age, gender, lifestyle, constitution and culture need to be considered.
TRUE 2 YOU adopts a holistic approach to preventative health taking into account the state of our mind, body and spirit and allows for each person to make modifications according to their individual requirements and circumstances.
Information  is presented via a single or series of informal presentations to a minimum of 5 people, at various locations as requested by you. This may include homes, workplaces, community centres etc.

It is recommended to experience the S.M.I.L.E.S presentation first which is a taste of and great introduction to the rest of the series.
